In the 20th century, a passionate promoter and enthusiast of Borututu was the Portuguese Julio de Sousa Lopes. He spent almost his entire life in Africa, observing nature and learning about the lives of local tribes. Through his friendly behavior and help provided by his bioenergy therapy skills, he gained their trust and favor. He was intrigued by the infusion made from the root of the Borututu tree, consumed among others before ritual ceremonies to avoid the toxic effects of hallucinogenic substances. He also observed the use of the infusion for many other ailments.

He devoted all his passion to exploring the benefits of the Borututu tree and its miraculous root offered to people by African nature. He concluded that modern medicine can be excellently supported by using an infusion from the Borututu root. Therefore, he engaged in sourcing the Borututu root, using only the most lush areas where this species grows, ensuring first-class quality raw material rich in active ingredients. It is worth emphasizing that only the appropriate part of the roots from selected plants is harvested, allowing the plants to continue their growth.

Great importance is also attached to drying the roots under natural conditions and their storage. The dried product is subjected to appropriate tests before being offered for sale to ensure its safe use and to bring the greatest benefits.

Preparation of the infusion: Pour a glass of boiling water over 2.5 g (1 tablespoon) of dried Borututu roots, steep for about 45 minutes.

Usage: 1 glass twice a day (morning 1 hour before breakfast and evening just before sleep). Use prophylactically for at least 2 months at least twice a year. It can be brewed in a thermos and drunk throughout the day.

Storage method: Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children, at room temperature.
