What does organic mean?
Organic is an established abbreviation in the Finnish language for organic agriculture and food production, and it means a natural, environmentally friendly, and ethically high-standard method of food production. Organic combines the best production methods from an environmental perspective, high requirements for animal welfare, and consumers' desires for high-quality and natural products.
Organic standards are defined in the EU organic regulation, and every organic farm, company producing organic food products, importer, and store conducting significant organic bulk sales is inspected annually.
Are all your products organic?
As a rule. Some supplements and superfoods are such that they cannot receive organic certification due to the natural growing environments of the raw materials. Even then, the products are as natural as possible.
Organic production is strictly monitored both worldwide and here in Finland. We have up-to-date certificates for all products sold in our online store.
Where do your products come from?
Our products come from suppliers and manufacturers located in EU countries. All organic products have EU organic production certification.
Can imported organic products be trusted?
Yes, both domestic and foreign organic products can be trusted. Organic is strictly controlled in all EU member states. Different EU countries have their own practices for how control is organized, but the rules are the same.
In Finland, all organic farmers, organic product manufacturers, organic product importers, and grocery stores that conduct significant loose sales of organic products using the official organic label are subject to organic control and are thus committed to complying with the EU's common organic regulations.
Actors subject to organic control are inspected at least once a year.
During control visits, it is ensured that organic regulations have been followed. Only actors who pass the inspection can sell their products as organic and use the organic label.
Organic products imported from outside the EU must also meet the same requirements as products produced within the EU.
Which additives are allowed in organic products?

Organic food products must not use artificial sweeteners, such as
aspartame or acesulfame K, nor artificial colorings.
How are organic products sweetened?
The sweetness of organic food products comes from natural raw materials
such as fruits, organic sugar, honey, or for example agave syrup.
Organic products do not contain any artificial sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners such as
aspartame or acesulfame K, nor artificial colorings, are not allowed in organic food products.
Can organic products contain E-numbers?
Various additives can be added to all food products for preservation, desired texture, flavor, or appearance.
However, it is important to note that the list of additives allowed in organic foods is short – only about 10% of the additives permitted in conventional foods are allowed in organic products.
Artificial sweeteners such as aspartame or acesulfame K, as well as artificial colorings, are not allowed in organic foods.
Of the approximately 50 additives permitted in the production of organic foods, most are natural. The number of allowed additives in organic foods is otherwise limited to only essential substances, and for example, only natural flavorings are permitted among flavoring agents. The use of many permitted additives is very restricted, such as use only in the rind of a specific type of cheese.
Can products be used if the best before date has passed?
Best before date indicates the product's
minimum shelf life. The best before date is not used for highly perishable products, and for example dried products, such as flakes
and porridges, remain edible for months after the best before date if stored properly.
The usability of the product can be assessed sensorially after the best before date has passed.
We do not sell products with an expiration date. This marking is typically found on highly perishable animal-based products.

When can my order be picked up?
Our delivery time is 1-3 business days. We process orders in the order they are received, usually within one business day. Orders received by 2 PM on business days are processed by Posti on the same day.
How much are the shipping costs?
You can see the shipping costs of your order at checkout before confirming the order.
Delivery to Finland:
- Posti Parcel Machine or pickup from your chosen parcel machine point €3.90 including VAT 24%, and orders over €80 are free of shipping charges.
- The price for home delivery is €9.90.

Can I choose home delivery?
Yes, you can. We have added home delivery to our delivery options. You can choose it as a delivery method for a fixed price of €9.90. Please note that home delivery applies only to orders within Finland.
Where are the products shipped from?
Products are delivered to customers directly from our own Tampere warehouse.
In addition, we have a comprehensive selection of central warehouse products at our European warehouse.

Do you deliver products to other countries?
Yes! You can currently place an order from our online store to Germany, Sweden, the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark.
