Fast and reliable delivery

The Bio365 online store is known for its fast and reliable deliveries. You can choose from all Posti pickup points and parcel lockers operating in Finland.

We also deliver products to Sweden, the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania), the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, and Belgium.

Delivery Promise

We aim to ship products from our own stock on the same day of the order on working days. We process orders in the order they are received, within one working day. We ship the order on the same working day if the order is received before 2:00 PM. Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.

Orders to countries other than Finland are processed as quickly as possible and shipped no later than the next working day. The delivery time depends on the destination country according to the delivery promise of our international partner.

NOTE! Our central warehouse products come from our European central warehouse. Therefore, they have a slightly longer delivery time (5-7 working days). If the order contains both products from our own stock and central warehouse products, we will deliver the entire order according to the delivery times of the central warehouse products.

Processing speed may be faster or slower than stated depending on the warehouse workload. If the order contains products that are not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you promptly to arrange the delivery of the products.

Delivery Methods

For domestic deliveries, we use Posti deliveries to parcel lockers or home delivery. See prices below. Delivery to countries other than Finland: see more information under 'Delivery to other countries'.

Posti Parcel Locker or pickup from the parcel locker point you selected €3.90 including VAT 25.5%, and orders over €80 are free of shipping charges.

The home delivery price is €9.90.

Parcel Locker/Pickup Point 

Your order will be delivered to the Posti parcel locker/point you selected. To choose your desired pickup point/parcel point, you need to write your preference for the package delivery location in the box located at the bottom of the order confirmation page. Please note that the logistics company may change the pickup point to another nearby pickup point if the parcel locker is full.

Home delivery

We have renewed home delivery to fit your everyday life. Choose a delivery time, track the delivery on the map, and tell the driver your wishes. The renewed home delivery currently operates in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku, and Oulu.

You will receive a notification by text message and email when the shipment arrives. The arrival notification includes a PIN code, which is entered into the parcel machine when picking up the package. Once the package has left our warehouse, the delivery time is normally 1–2 business days, 2–3 business days to the northernmost Finland. The shipment is stored in the parcel machine for 7 days. The delivery time for central warehouse products (and orders containing them) is 5-7 business days.

In addition to Finland, we deliver online store products to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark.

Our delivery partner is PostNord.

Delivery Notes

Products are not delivered on company account after the fact. You will receive a confirmation of the processed order by email. We reserve the right to send small shipments as letters to your home. We reserve the right to send shipments exceeding the maximum dimensions of parcel lockers via post.

Bio365.fi is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, hindered, or delayed due to circumstances beyond bio365.fi's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, authority decision, public transport disruption, or other similar actions that hinder or prevent the operation of the bio365.fi online store.

Order confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation by email for a successful order. You will also receive a notification and your package's tracking number by email and/or text message when your order has been shipped.

Activate the Posti OmaPosti mobile app. In the app, you can track your shipment and choose your preferred pickup location. Download the OmaPosti app to your smartphone from your phone's app store.

When you provide your email address during the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number by email. You can track the shipment on the website posti.fi/lahetystenseuranta.

RETURNS

14-day return right

As our customer, you have a 14-day return right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Restrictions on the right of return are determined according to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to products in their original packaging that are like new, unopened, unused, and saleable. We charge actual return costs for product returns. If the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, we also charge shipping costs according to the price list for the original order. Returns of defective products or otherwise incorrect deliveries approved by Bio365 can be returned free of charge.

Return instructions

Before making a return, you must contact bio365.fi customer service: asiakaspalvelu@bio365.fi 

We do not accept returns for which no email notification has been received. Please wait for our confirmation of the return before sending it back.

We do not accept returns reported more than 14 days after the customer has collected their order. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded to your account after receipt and processing of the return. The customer will be credited the price they paid for the product, even if the product price has changed later.

If the returned product is not in like-new condition and fully resalable/unopened (= packaging seal undamaged), the product price will not be refunded. In this case, any possible return shipment of the product will be at the customer's expense.

Returning via Posti

You can return your order via Posti. Pack and cushion the shipment carefully. Please include at least your name and the order number related to the return.

Returning with Easy Code

Order a return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti by entering the shipment ID (code starting with JJFI). Return the package to any Posti machine or post office.

Returning without the Helposti code

You can return the shipment through the post office service point. Write "Customer return" and our return code 673008 on the shipment and take it to the post office.

Uncollected orders

Please note that a shipment left uncollected or refusal of delivery is not a return. If the customer leaves the package uncollected and it is returned to the Bio365 warehouse, we will charge handling fees of 9.90 euros.

If the customer wants the order returned to our warehouse to be sent again, we will charge the actual return costs incurred as well as the shipping costs for resending.

Failure to pick up does not meet the conditions of the 14-day return policy and is not considered a return of the order.

Complaints

Complaints regarding defective, lost, or incorrect products

If the product is lost during transport, damaged, or the customer has been delivered the wrong product, the customer must immediately report the error to our customer service. Only then can we correct the error. 

After receiving the error report, we will negotiate a suitable solution with the customer.
