Reliable delivery
The Bio365 online store is known for its reliable deliveries. You can choose from all Posti pickup points and parcel lockers operating in Finland, DSV (formerly DB Schenker) Pickup Package, Matkahuolto Lähellä package, and PostNord lockers and service points.
We also deliver products to Sweden, the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania), the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, and Belgium.
Delivery promise
We aim to ship our own stock products on the same day as the order on business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received, within one business day. Orders containing our own stock products will be shipped the same business day if received before 2:00 PM. Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.
Orders to countries other than Finland are processed as quickly as possible and shipped no later than the next business day. Delivery time depends on the destination country according to our international partner's delivery promise.
NOTE! Our central warehouse products come from our European central warehouse. Therefore, they have a slightly longer delivery time (5-7 business days). If the order contains both our own stock products and central warehouse products, we will deliver the entire order according to the central warehouse product delivery times. Please note that public holidays affect deliveries, and our delivery promise applies to business days.
Processing speed may be faster or slower than stated depending on warehouse workload. If the order contains products not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you promptly to arrange product delivery.
Delivery methods
We use several delivery methods and companies for domestic deliveries. See prices below. Delivery outside Finland: see more information under 'Delivery to other countries'. Delivery prices include VAT 25.5%. Orders over €80 ship free with Posti.

Posti parcel locker/Pickup point
Your order will be delivered to the Posti parcel locker/service point you select. You can choose the pickup point at checkout. Please note that the logistics company may change the pickup point to another nearby location if the parcel locker is full.

Posti home delivery
We have renewed home delivery to fit your everyday life. Choose a delivery time, track the delivery on the map, and tell the driver your preferences. The renewed home delivery currently operates in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku, and Oulu.
Home delivery costs €9.90.
You will receive a notification of the arrived shipment by text message and email. The arrival notification includes a PIN code, which is entered into the parcel locker when picking up the package. After the package leaves our warehouse, the delivery time is normally 1–2 business days, 2–3 business days to the northernmost Finland. The shipment is stored in the parcel locker for 7 days. The delivery time for central warehouse products (and orders containing them) is 5-7 business days.

Activate the Posti OmaPosti mobile app. In the app, you can track your shipment and choose your preferred pickup location. Download the OmaPosti app to your smartphone from your phone's app store.
When you provide your email address during the order, you will receive an order confirmation and shipment ID by email. You can track the shipment on the website posti.fi/lahetystenseuranta.

You will receive your online store order at your chosen DSV pickup point within 1–2 business days (DSV's promise) from the time it leaves us. The shipping cost is €4.90.

Matkahuolto Nearby Package
The Nearby package is delivered to the recipient's address at the nearest parcel point or to a parcel point chosen by the sender within 1–3 business days (Matkahuolto's delivery promise) from the time it is sent from us. The shipping cost is €5.50.

PostNord - Automate
Within Finland, PostNord Automate packages are delivered to the recipient's chosen parcel locker within 1–2 business days (PostNord's service promise) from the time it leaves us. The shipping cost is €4.90.
PostNord - Service Point
PostNord pickup points are located in several stores and kiosks in Finland, and they can also be parcel lockers or other service points, such as Lähiboks. The shipping cost is €4.90.

Delivery to other countries
In addition to Finland, we deliver online store products to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark. Our delivery time promise to these countries is 5-8 business days.

Delivery notes
Products are generally not delivered later on company invoice. You will receive a confirmation of the processed order by email. We reserve the right to send small shipments as letters to your home. We reserve the right to send shipments exceeding the maximum dimensions of parcel lockers by the delivery method we choose.
Bio365.fi is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, delayed, or hindered due to circumstances beyond bio365.fi's control, such as disruptions with carriers, war, natural disasters, export or import bans, decisions by authorities, general traffic disruptions, or other similar actions that hinder or prevent the operation of the bio365.fi online store.
Order confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by email for a successful order. You will also receive a notification and your package tracking number by email and/or text message when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Our warehouse and office are located in Tampere. Unfortunately, we do not have a retail space or pickup option at our premises, so all purchases must be made through the online store.

RETURNS
14-day return right
As our customer, you have a 14-day return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The limitations of the return right are determined according to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The return right applies only to products that are in their original packaging, equivalent to new, unopened, unused, and saleable. We charge the actual return shipping costs for product returns. If the total amount of the original order falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, we will also charge the shipping costs according to the price list for the original order. Defective products or otherwise incorrect deliveries approved by Bio365 can be returned free of charge.

We do not accept returns that have not been notified by email. Please wait for our confirmation of the return before sending it.
We do not accept returns reported more than 14 days after the customer has collected their order. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded to your account after receipt and processing of the return. The customer will be credited the price they paid for the product, even if the product price has changed later.
If the returned product is not in like-new condition and fully resalable/unopened (= packaging seal undamaged), the product price will not be refunded. In this case, any return shipping of the product will be at the customer's expense.
Returning via Posti
You can return your order via Posti. Pack and cushion the shipment carefully. Please include at least your name and the order number related to the return.
Returning with an Easy code
Order a return code at posti.fi/returnpackage by entering the shipment tracking number (code starting with JJFI). Return the package to any Posti parcel machine or post office.
Returning without an Easy code
You can return the shipment via a postal service point. Write "Customer Return" and our return code 673008 on the shipment and take it to the post office.
Uncollected orders
Please note that a shipment left uncollected or refusal of delivery is not a return. If the customer leaves the package uncollected and it is returned to the Bio365 warehouse, we will charge handling fees of €7.90.
If the customer wants the order returned to our warehouse to be resent, we will charge the actual return shipping costs and the shipping costs for resending (€7.90).
Failure to pick up does not meet the conditions of the 14-day return policy and is not considered a return of the order.
Claims
Claims for defective, lost, or incorrect products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must report the error immediately to our customer service. Only then can we correct the error.
After receiving the error report, we will negotiate a suitable solution with the customer.
