Ordering
Products are primarily ordered online through www.bio365.fi via the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, shipping costs, and ordered products. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address during the order. The customer agrees to the applicable delivery terms with each order.
Payment methods
Current information about payment methods can be found in the payment methods section of our website.
Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediation service provider and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please primarily contact the product supplier.
Paytrail Oy is responsible for the security of all payment methods. The most important principle of Paytrail's operation is security – for the merchant, the consumer purchasing from the online service, and our partner banks and credit institutions. All company operating models are built from the perspective of secure online payments.
Paytrail is also subject to the obligations of diligence and good governance imposed by Finnish law. Paytrail only receives payment transactions mediated by holders of EU banking licenses and does not, in turn, mediate money transfers to parties not under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
In payments made through Paytrail, the seller of the product and the transaction are between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. PayTrail is also the recipient of the payment.

Pricing
Prices include value-added tax unless otherwise stated. If there are obvious pricing errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer understood the existence of the error.
Offer codes and discounts
Occasionally, offer codes for our online store are published on Bio365's marketing channels and materials. Percentage discounts are given only on regular-priced products unless otherwise stated. If there are promotional products in the shopping cart, no additional discount can be applied to them with the offer code unless otherwise specified in the code terms. In such cases, the discount code's discount is calculated only on the regular-priced products in the cart. Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
In special discount campaigns, we may limit the use of a discount code to one time per customer. This means that only registered/logged-in customers can use the code and only once.
Returning
Bio365 offers its online store customers a free 14-day right of return.
Restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right under Finnish consumer protection law. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
If the product is used or damaged during transport, we will contact the customer to resolve the matter.
Please note that an uncollected shipment or refusal of delivery is not a return. If the customer leaves the package uncollected and it is returned to our warehouse, we will charge handling fees of 9.90 euros.
Complaints
The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase, receipt, or other evidence of the place and time of purchase when returning or complaining about a product defect. Bio365 reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs incurred in searching for the receipt.
Complaints are handled only in writing. A free-form complaint can be sent by email to asiakaspalvelu@bio365.fi.
Cookie policies
We use both long-term and short-term cookies in our web services to develop services, personalize content recommendations and user experience, and target advertising. For simplicity, the term "cookie" in this statement also refers to other similar technologies alongside actual cookies.
Cookies enable the setting of textual information, such as a browser identifier or language selection, in the user's browser. Long-term cookies are available to the site that set the cookie as the user navigates that site, even if the user closes the browser or visits other web services in the meantime. Short-term cookies are only available to that site and disappear when the user closes the browser or visits another site.
Cookies can be used to collect information about users for different purposes. More information about the collected data can be found in the Privacy Statement.
We have divided cookies into categories based on their purpose. The user has the option to manage the use of persistent cookies from our website's cookie settings or more broadly from the browser's cookie settings. Below are examples of the purposes of each cookie category and how the use of cookies in that category is visible to the user of the web service.
Functional cookies: These cookies are essential for the operation of services. These cookies enable various site functions, such as login, shopping cart, and language selections.
Personalization and recommendations: Cookies in this category are used for personalizing services and ensuring the best possible user experience, as well as recommending content that interests the user. The user can choose to block the use of persistent cookies in this category, in which case the offered content and user experience may not correspond to the user's preferences.
Advertising targeting: This cookie category primarily refers to cookies used to target advertising shown on the sites so that the advertising displayed is as interesting as possible to the user. The user can choose to block the use of persistent cookies in this category, in which case the ads shown on the sites are based on short-term cookies and visible content instead of long-term cookies. However, blocking does not reduce the amount of advertising on the sites.
Service development: Cookies in this category allow us to statistically track how the sites are used, which pages are viewed the most and the least. This helps us develop our store to be even better in the future.
Location data
In addition to cookies, we use location data collected via IP address for all the above purposes and, for example, to display local offers and announcements. The accuracy of the location data we use is always at the municipality, city, or broader area level.
