It mainly contains sweet orange (reduces stress, boosts mood), bergamot (strengthens self-esteem and reduces stress), ylang ylang (calms blood pressure and heart palpitations, improves sleep and soothes mood, tension, and reduces feelings of anger), and palmarosa (strengthens and revitalizes the nervous system and lightens mood) essential oils.
USAGE:
This blend of essential oils is not intended for internal or topical use. Use only as a room fragrance.
For very small spaces or cabinets: place a few drops on a scent stone/wood piece or cotton.
For larger spaces, add a few drops to a diffuser.
Do not set the diffusion time too long to avoid oversaturating the room air – recommended 20-30 minutes depending on room size.
