Diffusion: Delightful fragrance that scents the air, calms the mind, and brings sleep. A few drops in the wardrobe, for example on a wooden block or cotton, helps repel moths and keep your clothes smelling fresh. Try a drop or two on your pillowcase to bring relaxing sleep.
For use as a flavoring agent: 2 or 3 drops can be used to season culinary dishes.
For application on the skin: Can be rubbed into the skin diluted in a vegetable oil or cream to achieve a relaxing and calming effect. A few drops can be added to your regular skincare cream for its cosmetic properties. Lavender soothes irritation or insect bites.
