Diffusion: Add 1-2 drops to a diffuser and enjoy the aromatic effect. A strong camphor-like eucalyptus scent that purifies the air and respiratory tract. To ease breathing, a few drops can also be added to a bowl of hot water for steam inhalation.
Oral use: No proven benefit when taken internally, so it is not recommended.
For topical use: Can be rubbed on the skin strongly diluted in a vegetable oil or moisturizer.
