Nut - cranberry granola

When you buy individual raw ingredients, you can actually be sure to avoid additives or sugars that are present in large amounts in ready-made products. Try making granola yourself with this easy and delicious recipe.

INGREDIENTS

300 g organic oat flakes

50 g hulled sunflower seeds

50 g chopped raw walnuts

50 g chopped pecan nuts

50 g sliced raw almonds

20 g coconut flakes

2 tsp ground flaxseeds

2 tsp wheat germ

1 tsp EVAH Essentials | Maca & Lucuma

3 tbsp coconut oil

3 tsp maple syrup

3 tsp brown sugar

100 g dried cranberries (or any dried fruits)

a pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until fully combined.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Then let it cool and enjoy on top of yogurt or a smoothie.
