Vitamin D regulates calcium and phosphate metabolism, which has a direct effect on bone mineral density. It increases the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, stimulates bone-forming cells, and regulates bone mineralization. It also increases skeletal muscle strength and the effectiveness of physical training. Deficiency in children leads to rickets and dental development disorders. In adults, it can lead to insufficient calcium saturation in bones and osteoporosis, thereby increasing the risk of fractures and difficulties in bone healing.

COMPOSITION: Sunflower oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), gelatin, moisturizing agent: glycerol.

Ingredients 1 capsule Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 100 µg = 4000 IU (2000% NRV)

People using medications should consult a doctor or pharmacy staff before use. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test before use and discuss the test result with a doctor or pharmacy staff.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: 1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule with plenty of water after a fatty meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of small children.
