Melatoniinia, jota yleisesti kutsutaan "unihormoniksi" tai "pimeyden hormoniksi", aivot tuottavat luonnollisesti yön aikana. Sillä on olennainen rooli kehon kellon synkronoinnissa iltahämärässä (sisäinen vuorokausirytmi). Sen eritys laskee säännöllisesti iän myötä teini-iästä lähtien, kunnes se on vain 10 % sen alkuperäisestä tasosta 70 vuoden iässä.

KÄYTTÖOHJE: 1 kapseli kerran päivässä, niellään runsaan veden kera, 30 minuuttia ennen nukkumaanmenoa.

Lääkkeitä käyttävien tulee neuvotella lääkärin tai apteekkihenkilökunnan kanssa ennen käyttöä. Ei suositella lapsille, raskaana oleville tai imettäville naisille.

AINESOSAT: Täyteaine: mikrokiteinen selluloosa, sahramin stigmauute (Crocus sativus) standardoitu min. 2 % krosiinia ja 1 % safranaalia, melatoniinia.

Aktiivinen ainesosa 1 kapseli Saffron stigma - uute krosiinissa (2 %) mukaan lukien safranaali (1 %) 30 000 µg 600 µg 300 µg Melatoniini 1 mg 

INGREDIENSER: Bulkmedel: mikrokristallin cellulosa, saffransstigmaextrakt (Crocus sativus) standardiserat min. 2% crocin och 1% safranal, melatonin. Aktiv ingrediens 1 kapsel Saffran stigma extrakt i crocin (2%) inklusive safranal (1%) 30 000 µg 600 µg 300 µg Melatonin 1 mg

SÄILYTYS: Säilytä kuivassa ja pimeässä paikassa huoneenlämmössä, pienten lasten ulottumattomissa.
