INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1 capsule twice a day. Swallow the capsule with plenty of water after a meal. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

STORAGE: Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of reach of small children.
