Unfortunately, many people are unable to get enough calcium from their diet. In such cases, it is advisable to use calcium-containing supplements, such as calcium citrate.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: 3 capsules once a day. Swallow the capsules with plenty of water after a meal.
