Lysine is an essential amino acid that the body does not produce itself, so it must come from the diet or supplements. The main dietary sources of lysine are meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, tofu, lentils, and beans. However, since many people do not get enough lysine from diet alone, supplementing this essential amino acid is recommended.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Take one (1) capsule daily with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements cannot replace a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient. Consult your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, ill, or taking other medications.
