Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a proper substitute for a varied diet. STORAGE: Store at room temperature, out of reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Information from the manufacturer: Because melatonin can cause drowsiness, you should not drive a car or operate heavy machinery after taking it. The product is not recommended for people suffering from autoimmune diseases or depressive disorders or those under 16 years of age. Consult your doctor if you have long-term sleep disorders or are using prescription medications.
