COCOA chocolate is made by cold-pressing unroasted cocoa beans in a process lasting over 60 hours, where the beans are ground at low temperatures (45 ºC). This method preserves the live enzymes in the cocoa and removes the fat (cocoa butter). It also ensures the optimal preservation of all valuable antioxidants and polyphenols in the cocoa.

What is organic erythritol and why is it used?
Organic erythritol is the only sweetener allowed in organic products in the EU. It is the only fully natural sweetener with EU food approval.
Organic erythritol is produced by a natural process fermenting organic fruits, yeasts, and/or corn starch. Produced by microorganisms as an osmoprotectant, it is an ideal sucrose substitute and may be better suited, for example, for diabetics or overweight people due to its almost zero-calorie content.
