DESCRIPTION:

Regular supplementation of omega-3 fatty acids is practically essential for everyone without exception due to the extremely unfavorable ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids in the modern diet of our civilization (1:20). A deficiency of omega-3 fatty acids or excessive consumption of omega-6 fatty acids, which is actually the norm for most people, can lead to many cardiovascular diseases including heart attacks or ischemic heart disease.

INGREDIENTS:

Docosahexaenoic acid (DPA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), vitamin A (from retinyl palmitate and cod liver oil), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol and cod liver oil), gelatin, glycerin, water.

Contains fish (cod).

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)           100 mg
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 70 mg
Vitamin A 300 mcg
Vitamin D3 10 mcg

USAGE:

1 capsule daily during a meal.
