DESCRIPTION:

Psyllium husk and apple pectin can be a convenient way to increase dietary fiber intake. Psyllium husk has the ability to swell up to 50 times its original volume when added to liquid. This bulking action may play an important role in maintaining regularity and digestive health.

INGREDIENTS:

Powdered psyllium husk (Plantago afra), capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); powdered apple pectin, anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Ingredients: 4 capsules:
powdered psyllium husk (Plantago afra) 2800 mg
powdered apple pectin 200 mg

USAGE:

2 capsules 2-3 times a day, taken with a glass of water, at least 240 ml. The capsule contents can also be emptied and taken with a meal (e.g., yogurt), remembering to drink a glass of water for every 2 capsules consumed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

This product is not intended for children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. If you have any illnesses or are taking medications, consult a doctor before using this dietary supplement. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
