INGREDIENTS:

Blend of probiotic bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Bifidobacterium breve, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium longum), organic inulin, FOS (fructooligosaccharides).

Ingredients Per daily serving (1/2 teaspoon)
Carbohydrates 1 g
Dietary fiber 1 g
Blend of 10 probiotic bacterial strains 50 billion CFU

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix 1/2 teaspoon with 120-180 ml of water or juice once daily. Drink immediately. Best taken on an empty stomach or between meals.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (especially immunosuppressants), or have a medical condition (especially if the immune system is weakened).

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
