DESCRIPTION:

Potassium is essential for maintaining the proper fluid balance throughout the body and cells, as well as for maintaining acid-base balance. It is also necessary for proper muscle contraction, maintaining healthy heart function, and transmitting nerve impulses. Potassium citrate is a well-absorbed and highly bioavailable form of potassium.

INGREDIENTS:

Potassium (from potassium citrate).

Ingredients Per daily serving (1/2 flat teaspoon
Potassium (from potassium citrate)      896 mg

USAGE:

1/4 flat teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily in separate doses. Take with a meal and at least 240 ml of water or another beverage.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, taking any medications (especially those that may affect kidney function or potassium levels in the blood), or suffer from conditions (especially heart/kidney diseases or diabetes).
