DESCRIPTION:

Potassium is essential for maintaining the proper fluid balance throughout the body and cells, as well as for maintaining acid-base balance. It is also necessary for proper muscle contraction, maintaining healthy heart function, and transmitting nerve impulses. Potassium citrate is a well-absorbed and highly bioavailable form of potassium.

INGREDIENTS:

Potassium (from potassium citrate), microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

Ingredients Per daily serving (5 capsules)
Potassium (from potassium citrate)      495 mg

USAGE:

1 capsule 1 to 5 times daily, preferably with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
