Potassium (as potassium chloride), magnesium carbonate.

Ingredients Per daily serving (3/8 teaspoon)
Potassium (as potassium chloride)       1095 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1/8 teaspoon with a meal with at least 240 ml of water or another beverage. Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate doses.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Consult a doctor before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any illnesses (especially heart, kidney, or diabetes), or are taking any medications (especially those that may affect kidney function or potassium levels in the blood).
