USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule daily just before a meal, taken with a glass of water

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The product is not intended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. People taking blood-thinning medications (e.g., acenocoumarol, warfarin) should consult a doctor before use. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient of the product (including papaya or pineapple).
