Apple fiber is dietary fiber, including 25% soluble fiber and 75% insoluble fiber. Fiber supports intestinal peristalsis, protects against constipation, and provides a feeling of fullness.

INGREDIENTS:

Powdered apple fiber.

USAGE:

Apple fiber can be taken directly or mixed with liquids or powder blends. Vigorously mix one tablespoon of powder with about 350 ml or more of a drink or juice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, sick individuals, or those taking medication should consult a doctor before using this product.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
