Ingredients Per daily dose (4 capsules)
Extract of common nettle (root)      1000 mg

USAGE:

2 capsules 1 to 2 times a day

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and people taking medication or ill should consult a doctor before using the product.
