DESCRIPTION:

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) are fats naturally found in coconut oil and palm kernel oil. They are digested more easily and quickly than other types of fats. MCTs are easily absorbed from the digestive tract and are rapidly metabolized by the liver, where they are encouraged to be used as fat for energy rather than storage.

INGREDIENTS:

medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) fatty acids.

Ingredients Per daily serving (1/2 tablespoon - 7.5 ml)
Calories 50 kcal
Total fat content 7 g
- of which saturated fatty acids 7 g

MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) (from coconut oil / palm kernel oil)

[50% caprylic acid (C8) and 30% capric acid (C10)]

 7 g

USAGE:

1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) daily.

MCT oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces, or for cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Not recommended for frying at low boiling temperatures.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. MCT oil may cause gastrointestinal issues. To reduce these effects, consume the product with a meal.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
