DESCRIPTION:

Fiber is known for its ability to support regular bowel function. Many people get significantly less than the optimal recommended amount of fiber from their diet. NOW® Fiber-3™ is a blend that can help increase fiber intake.

INGREDIENTS:

Cold-milled golden flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum), powdered acacia gum (gum arabic), powdered inulin (FOS - fructooligosaccharides) (derived from Blue agave).

Golden Flax, cold-milled seeds (Linum usitatissimum) 2.55 g 12.75 g
Powdered Acacia Gum (gum arabic) 0.68 g 3.4 g
Powdered Inulin (FOS - fructooligosaccharides) (from Blue agave) 0.17 g 0.85 g


USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 level scoop (2.5 ml) mixed with a 350 ml beverage daily, gradually increasing to 5 level scoops per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. It is important to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The product is not intended for children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Do not take simultaneously with medications or other products (due to the possibility of reduced absorption); maintain at least a 4-hour interval between taking the supplement and medications.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle should be followed.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a dry, shaded place at temperatures up to 25°C. Dietary supplements should be kept out of reach of small children.

NOTES:

Possible color changes in the powder are a natural process and do not affect product quality. Do not consume the sachet with the oxygen absorber; keep it in the packaging.
