INGREDIENTS:

Common fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seeds), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; carrier: fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

USAGE:

2 capsules 1-3 times a day.
