Ingredients Per daily serving (3/4 teaspoon)
Magnesium (from trace element concentrate) 399 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Shake well before use. This product is highly concentrated and without additives has a very strong taste. Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times a day mixed with juice or food to neutralize the concentrated mineral taste.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals taking medication or ill should consult a doctor before using the product.
