The root of NOW Goldenseal Root comes from the root of the plant Hydrastis canadensis. It has been traditionally used by Native Americans for hundreds of years and is still used by modern herbalists. Goldenseal Root is one of the best natural immunostimulants, effectively working during autumn-winter weakness. It is worth knowing that Golden Seal root does not destroy beneficial bacterial flora (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus faecium, Bifidus).

2 capsules daily, preferably during meals.
