Chitosan LipoSan Ultra, chromium, cellulose, fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

Contains shellfish (shrimp).

Chromium 600 mcg
Chitosan LipoSan Ultra 3000 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take 3 capsules directly before 2 main meals during the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Take at least 4 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For adults only. Avoid use if you are allergic to shellfish. Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medications or have medical conditions.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
