HMB is a metabolite of leucine – a branched-chain amino acid; it is synthesized in the human body as part of protein synthesis. Protein consists of peptides whose basic components are amino acids, the building blocks of muscles. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and helps maintain healthy bones.

USAGE:

Take 1/4 flat teaspoon 2 to 3 times daily with a meal, mix with water or juice.
