USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take 2 capsules 2-3 times daily with a meal, drink with water or juice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Product for adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
