DESCRIPTION:

Glucomannan is a soluble fiber derived from the root of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac) with volume-increasing properties, which may help maintain regular bowel function. Glucomannan may also help maintain normal blood serum lipid levels. Additionally, by promoting a feeling of fullness, glucomannan can be a convenient supplement to a weight control plan that includes a healthy diet and exercise program.

USAGE:

1/2 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with at least 240 ml of water, 30-45 minutes before a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. If taken with insufficient liquid, the product may expand in the throat, causing blockage or choking. People who have ever had esophageal narrowing or difficulty swallowing should not use this product. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and individuals taking medication or with medical conditions should consult a doctor.
