DESCRIPTION:

Glucomannan is a soluble fiber derived from the root of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac) with volume-increasing properties, which may help maintain regular bowel function. Glucomannan may also help maintain normal blood serum lipid levels. Additionally, by promoting a feeling of fullness, glucomannan can be a convenient supplement to a weight control plan that includes a healthy diet and exercise program.

INGREDIENTS:

Dietary fiber, Glucomannan, bovine gelatin, cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source).

USAGE:

3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily, 30-45 minutes before meals, with at least 240 ml of water

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. If taken with insufficient fluid, the product may expand in the throat, causing blockage or choking. Individuals who have ever had esophageal narrowing or difficulty swallowing should not use this product. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as individuals taking medication or with medical conditions, should consult a doctor.
