INGREDIENTS:

Extract of Malabar tamarind (standardized to 50% HCA acid), calcium, cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source), and vegetarian coating.

Ingredients Per daily serving (3 tablets)
Extract of Malabar tamarind 3000 mg
Calcium (from Malabar tamarind extract) 540 mg

USAGE:

1 tablet 1-3 times a day: preferably 30-60 minutes before a meal

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, taking medications [especially antidepressants such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs)], or have any medical conditions.
