Magnesium: is necessary for the proper metabolism of calcium. It participates in fat burning and the production of energy necessary for the body's functioning.

Vitamin K2: Vitamin K plays a well-known role in the synthesis of blood clotting factors. However, in recent years, the essential importance of vitamin K2 and vitamin K2-dependent proteins for bone and blood vessel health has been discovered.
