The ingredients of the Now Foods Calcium & Magnesium preparation are derived from calcium carbonate and citrate, and magnesium carbonate and citrate. High bioavailability (absorption) and a perfectly composed formula have made it one of the most frequently purchased mineral supplements in the United States.

Calcium & Magnesium has been enriched with zinc and vitamin D3.

NOW Calcium & Magnesium softgel capsules contain vitamin D and zinc and offer a perfectly balanced, synergistic set of essential mineral ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients Per daily dose (3 capsules)
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 15 mcg
Calcium (from calcium carbonate and citrate) 1 g
Magnesium (from magnesium oxide and citrate) 500 mg
Zinc (from zinc oxide) 10 mg

Other ingredients:

rice oil, softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, calcium carbonate, water), soy lecithin, beeswax.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal
