DESCRIPTION:

Silicon is the third most abundant trace element in the body. Silicon is present in all body tissues as silica (silicon dioxide), and the tissues with the highest concentration of silica are bones, skin, hair, arteries, and nails. Bamboo is one of the richest natural sources of silica.

INGREDIENTS:

Bamboo extract (shoots), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids (plant source).

2 capsules daily
