1 capsule daily

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Bacopa may cause gastrointestinal discomfort in sensitive individuals. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications (especially MAO inhibitors, cholinergic and anticholinergic drugs, acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, or thyroid hormones), or have a medical condition (especially hyperthyroidism).
