USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix 1 flat tablespoon in at least 240 ml of water or juice daily. People sensitive to fiber may start with 1 teaspoon, gradually increasing the portion to 1 tablespoon daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
