The fairly traded and high-quality organic cocoa beans come from the Dominican Republic. The unique gourmet salt is traditionally hand-harvested from the seawater pools of Playa d'Es Trenc beach in Mallorca.
The German Vivani range includes dozens of chocolate flavors, all made from high-quality organic certified ingredients, such as genuine bourbon vanilla. The chocolates do not use genetically modified ingredients. The organic cocoa used in Vivani chocolates originates from Latin America and South America, mainly the Dominican Republic, Panama, and Ecuador. The cocoa grows alongside banana and avocado trees in mixed plantations, not monoculture plantations. Pesticides are not needed in mixed plantations.
