USAGE:

1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, ill persons, or those taking medication should consult a doctor before using this product.

Exercise caution when using this product if you are taking glucose-lowering medication.
