DESCRIPTION:

HMRlignan: Norwegian spruce extract (Pices abies) (knots)

7-hydroxymatairesinol]

USAGE:

Adult men: 2 capsules twice a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) with or without food

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Consult a doctor before taking this product if you suspect or have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Do not take more than 15 mg of Bioperine® daily.
