Melatonin, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, purified water, glycerin, fatty acids, cross-linked cellulose gum, magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 capsule 30 to 60 minutes before sleep

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Consult a doctor before taking this product if you are undergoing treatment (especially for autoimmune or depressive disorders). Use caution when combining with alcohol.
