DESCRIPTION:

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the pineal gland in the brain, which plays a key role in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Its production increases in the evening when it gets dark, signaling the body that it's time to sleep. During the day, when it is bright, melatonin levels drop, helping the body maintain a state of wakefulness.

  • Melatonin regulates the circadian rhythm: melatonin helps synchronize our biological clock with the day and night cycle. This is important for maintaining regular sleep habits, as well as coping with issues such as jet lag or shift work.
  • Melatonin facilitates falling asleep: melatonin is not a sleeping pill, but higher levels in the body promote falling asleep. Melatonin supplements are often used for insomnia and disturbances of the natural circadian rhythm.
  • Melatonin exhibits antioxidant activity: melatonin helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
  • Melatonin affects the immune system: melatonin may support the functioning of the immune system.

apple juice concentrate, apple puree, water, citrus pectin, acidity regulator – citric acid, citrus fiber, melatonin, glazing agent – carnauba wax.

HOW TO USE:

Take 1 gummy daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product. The product is recommended for adults.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a place not exposed to sunlight, at a temperature below 25°C, in the original packaging, out of reach of small children.
