USAGE: 2 capsules. The Hepa Spectrum® dietary supplement should be taken with a meal. We do not recommend taking it in the evening.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is recommended for adults.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product. The product should not be used by individuals who are intolerant to Asteraceae plants (e.g., intolerance to chamomile, arnica).
