Red seaweed is a very good source of trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, iron, fluorine, copper, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, zinc, selenium, cobalt, as well as vitamins and bioactive substances.

The seaweed consists of about 36% organic, natural, ionized calcium and about 4% magnesium. It is characterized by particularly high bioavailability.

Calcium from red seaweed is easily absorbed due to its ionized structure and organic origin.

Calcium is necessary for maintaining healthy bones and teeth and helps in the proper functioning of muscles.
