USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: 1 capsule once daily with a meal. The capsule should be taken with an appropriate amount of water. Do not drink orange juice or grapefruit juice. To remove the capsule, tear the blister pack - do not squeeze the capsule through the film as it may be damaged!

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Healthy lifestyles and a balanced diet should be maintained.
