Vitamin A promotes proper iron metabolism. It helps maintain mucous membranes, healthy skin, proper vision, and proper immune system function. Additionally, vitamin A plays a role in the cell differentiation process.

Vitamin D helps the proper absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus, maintains proper blood calcium levels, supports healthy bones, proper muscle function, healthy teeth maintenance, and proper immune system function. Vitamin D participates in the cell division process.

Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin K promotes proper blood clotting and helps maintain healthy bones.

INGREDIENTS: Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2), Vitamin E complex from natural tocopherols and tocotrienols, plant cellulose capsule (HPMC), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), vitamin A acetate, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1 microcapsule with a meal and suitable water.

The product should not be used by individuals with hypercalcemia (elevated blood calcium levels) or hypercalciuria (elevated urinary calcium levels) or by those using coumarin derivatives (e.g., warfarin).
