Amalaki, also known as Amla or Indian gooseberry, is known as a rejuvenating herb. It is said that as an Ayurvedic herb, it removes excess heat from the body. Amalaki also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory agent in the body.

AMOUNT PER DOSE:
1 capsule: 500 mg
2 capsules: 1000 mg

USAGE: 1 capsule twice a day or as recommended by a doctor, with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and individuals taking medication should use only after consulting a doctor or specialist.
